They have founded and run several successful businesses, raised hundreds of millions of dollars in venture capital and hold various patents, including the portfolio of the patent-pending suite of K-bar applications.

Bahram Khozai
President
35 years of diverse, active academic and business experience. Ten years of combined academic/business work and 25 years of business experience. Founded and presided over Zist Electric Company, active in biomedical work, hospital construction and equipment maintenance. Founded and presided over Ameran Corporation, active in land development and residential construction in Northern VA, Active in financial markets with focus on hi tech. Various patents including K-bar Universal Multi-Data Display System and Method (pending). B.S. in engineering, M.S. in communications and information theory and Ph.D. in occupational biomechanics; additional post-graduate studies in biomedical engineering.

A. Ostad
Executive VP
Business Development 35 years of varied, hands-on business experience with ten years as president of Majestic Homes, active in land acquisition and construction of residential and commercial property in Washington Metro area. CEO of Ideal Tile stores in mid-Atlantic states, 1993-present. He holds B.S. and M.S. in Economics.

Mojdeh Dana
Chief Technology Officer
Over 16 years of IT experience. 12 years of IT work at Fannie Mae with the past seven years in senior management positions. Managed architecture, infrastructure, and development of many sensitive Fannie Mae applications such as finance and portfolio management, corporate accounting, tax, and HR systems. B.S. in Information Systems and Computer Science.

Sanjeev Verma
VP of Product Development
Over 12 years of comprehensive experience in vertical industries of telecommunications, health and information technology. He has directed the full life cycle of large-scale projects both in the domestic and the international arena right from proposal process through delivery and completion, including many large projects for the U.S. Military. B.S. in Computer Science Engineering.

The company is actively advised by a distinguished group of experienced, educated experts:

Mary Bayat,  with over 17 years of experience, is on the Board of Directors, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors (NVAR) and the GRI Principal Broker of RE/MAX Champions in McLean, Virginia.

Michael Guthrie, with over 20 years of experience, is the CEO/Managing Broker of Roy Wheeler Realty in Charlottesville, Virginia.

David Howell, with over 25 years of experience, is the Executive Vice President of McEnearney Associates and past president of NVAR and a founder and member of the Board of Directors of Metropolitan Regional Information System (MRIS).

A. John Kearney, with over 30 years of financial experience, including as CFO for a multi-national joint venture, is a Counselor with the SCORE Association.

Dr. M. Torabi, with over 35 years of experience, has been representing AT&T and Lucent Technologies for the past 18 years in international organizations for setting technical standards for telecomm networks.


Technical Staff:
iRCA's technical staff are the talents that make K-bar possible. They are part of a team of highly experienced, educated and dedicated professional technical writers, graphic artists, developers and DBAs with a combined experience of over 100 years.
